White Purls Fine Millinery is uniquely crafted using original techniques, not found anywhere else.    Each hat is carefully knitted to order with the most luxurious Wool, Silk, and Cotton yarns from Italy.  Individual attention is given to every stitch and every purl to achieve utmost perfection. White Purls endeavor is to create timeless pieces to be cherished forever. About The Designer 

Myriam Courchesne began her craft as a child.  Rather than playing with dolls she loved to knit and crochet.  She later went on to master her skills at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and has worked in the fashion industry for 10 years. 

The companies she worked for, although successful and professional, are impersonal to their clientele with a one-size-fits-all approach.  Thus began the story of White Purls.  She wants to take an individualistic procedure and offer each client a bespoke product tailored to their personal needs.  In a world over stuffed with poor quality items, Myriam promotes quality-over-quantity, a mental-state we have recently forgotten but must bring back.

Hi!  My name is Myriam Catherine and I want to share with you my love for millinery through my passion for knitting and crochet. While other girls were playing with their dolls, I worked with my hands to create. My grandmother taught me how to work with yarn at a very early age.  I lived to knit and design (My nickname in school was grandma.  Can you imagine?! But I didn't care.)  In College I mastered my skills with a degree in Fashion Design in Los Angeles.
I have worked in the fashion industry for over 10 years now for various multi-million dollar businesses.  These companies although successful and professional are impersonal to their clientele.  This is how and why White Purls unraveled.
